Just short of Genius. It loses nothing on the small screen. With dazzling special effects, some very creepy spider creatures and a great story, this makes Minority Report a welcome change from overly sentimental work that has recently been churned out by Spielberg.
Classic Death.
Combining in-your-face religious commentary with good ol’ fashioned horror, ‘The Exorcist’ is – and always will be – one of the most effective knee-tremblers around.
To be taken with a large pinch of salt, Solomon Kane is a generally enjoyable yet ultimately flawed fantasy adventure.
Another Scorsese classic, it’s not the horror film it was touted as, but that’s OK, because it’s just plain good.
Definitely more stand-alone historical epic than Robin Hood instalment this is original and exciting nonetheless. A success despite Russell Crowe's Anglo-Irish Robin Hood.
